Vectorworks 2010
Just a heads up that Vectorworks 2010 was released a few days ago. As always Nemetschek has added numerous improvements and tools and ways to do things. I’ll admit I stuck to my VW2008 and never really got that into VW2009 (which is on my harddrive eating up valuable space), but I think I’m going to make the jump and really get myself into using 2010. That is I’ll start to use it when the free student edition comes out. As in past years, it seems there will be slight lag between the official release and student version. But I can wait, it’s not like I have a plot to draft in the next few weeks.
And as always for more info check out: Nemetschek
Students check out: Student Vectorworks

Christopher, Thanks so much for posting a note about our latest release of Vectorworks Spotlight. Yes, you’re quite right: there is often a bit of a lag between the pro version and the educational version coming out. We’re getting great reviews already. It’s a stable, feature-rich, future-forward version of our software.
PS - My drunken letters for posting this comment are “blow.” ;-p
